Directions for use

To ensure optimal hydration for performance & general health, 1 serving upon waking is normally best for most.

However, you could also use during or pre/post to either ensure hydration for performance or help replenish any minerals lost.

Mix 1 scoop with approx 4-500ml. Do not exceed 2 servings a day.
