1 Source Supps Pumped1 Directions for use

Optimal results & bigger skin bursting pumps will be achieved at 2 scoops, taken 40 minutes before the gym (including an extra 10-20 mins to let the citrulline etc work) with 500ml of water.

If you opt for 1 scoop, 250-300ml of water will suffice!
