Mix 1 SCOOP (5g) of Alpha Neon Darkside with 200-300ml of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to training. Always begin with a half serving to access tolerance. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED 1.5 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD OR USE MORE THAN 5 DAYS IN ANY 7 DAY PERIOD.
