BBN Havok Pre-Workout Directions for use:

To Assess Tolerance - 

Mix 1 Scoop (12g) with 150-200ml of water and drink 15-20 minutes before training.

For Maximum effect -

Mix 2 Scoops (24g) with 200-250ml of water and drink 15-20 minutes before training.
