Directions For Use: Blow Up is an elite level, stim free all in one pre workout, scientifically formulated with optimal training performance and output in mind. Set goals, crush them. Specifically designed for those with a low caffeine tolerance or people that train in the evenings, Blow Up will not negatively impact sleep quality. Your crack habit might though, put the pipe down Pete, you’re better than that. We recommend taking one scoop (12g) mixed with 250 – 350ml of water 20 – 30 minutes prior to training.
