Ingredients: Biotein™ Protein Blend (Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate, Cross-Flow-Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolysed Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK), Emusifier (Soya Lecithin)),Natural Flavouring, Natural Colour ( Beet Red)*, Digestive Enzyme (Aminogen®)*, Stabiliser (Carboxymethylcellulose), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions: Add 1 scoop to 200ml of water or milk. Consume 2-4 shakes as required per day. Consume 2-4 shakes daily depending on your individual requirements. Since whey protein is rapidly digested it is ideal taken first thing in the morning add a scoop to your low GI porridge, consume an hour before training and within 20-30 mins. after training or between meals.
