Ingredients: Natural and Artifical flavour, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Lecithin, Calcium Silicate, Silicon Dioxide, Sucarlose, Red 40.

Directions: take 1 portion with 200-300ml of cold water or your favorite beverage. Take 1-3 portions a day, before a training, after training and/or before sleep.
